We offer Tracked & Insured Shipping on all orders placed today. Order processing usually takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Once the items are dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on location. You should receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

If you receive
damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at office@bawalt.com right
away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at office@bawalt.com or using our Contact Us page. Please note that Customer is paying for return shipping fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that some items like Bundle items, discounted items, or Items with Gifts are considered as a final sale and are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
